Jamayra Halstead, of Hartford, was last seen around 4 p.m., on Monday, April 18, in the area of Hillyer Street, said Lt. Aaron Boisvert, of the Hartford Police.
Halstead was wearing a short-sleeve purple shirt, black pants, and yellow and gray shoes, police said.
This is the first time that Jamayra has been reported missing and it is unknown where she may be headed at this time, police added.
She is described as being 5-foot, 100 pounds, with a medium complexion, brown eyes, and black hair.
